We use some genuinely powerful AI tools every day — Claude Cowork, Claude Code, claude.ai, and Gemini right inside Google Workspace. But if you're like most people, you're probably using about 20% of what these tools can actually do.

That's what this is for.

The AI Dispatch is a short, regular email (and post on the internal Ghost site) where I'll share one practical AI tip at a time. No fluff, no hype — just things you can try today. Some will be useful if you're in sales. Some if you're in engineering. Some will be for everyone. Most will take less than two minutes to read.

Here's what to expect:

• Mostly Claude — we lean on Claude Cowork and Claude Code heavily, so that's where most tips will live
• Some Gemini — it's baked into Google Workspace and worth using well
• Real examples — tips will include actual prompts you can copy and use right now
• Short by default — if I'm going long, I'll flag it upfront

I'm aiming to publish something every weekday, but life happens, so it may be a few times a week. Either way, your inbox won't get hammered.

If a tip doesn't apply to your role, skip it. If one saves you an hour, pass it along.
